Cove Cakes​ is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance.  I am committed to meeting those needs.  I would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust by delivering a cake beyond your wildest dreams.  All my cakes are baked to order, using only the finest domestic and imported ingredients.  Organic ingredients are always used except when not available, or if they detract from the taste or quality of the cake.

Karen's meticulous attention to detail helps to create superbly impressionistic flowers and other painstakingly handcrafted decorations.  The cake boards are completely customized using  the finest domestic and imported ribbons, tassels, fringes, braids, beaded trims and Swarovski crystals.  The boards create a unique  backdrop for her cakes  They provide a dimension of beauty and originality which one would be hard pressed to find anywhere.
